Reply to Test Case Versions?

Hello,

As you update a testcase, the system maintains an implicit version. So lets say TC-1 was written and tested for software release 1 in cycle-1 and it passes. Releaes is done. Then you update TC-1 for software release 2 and add it to cycle-2.

This update doesn't have any impact on the cycle-1 as it contains the first version of TC-1 that was added to it. The updated version can only be found in cycle-2.
